For international participants, visa and travel arrangements should be planned early. All participants, whether from Bhutan or abroad, must complete the registration form on the registration page.
- Bhutanese Participants: Registration is free of charge.
- International Participants: Please contact the organizing committee for details regarding applicable international delegate fees.
You can register through the official registration link or by contacting the organizers directly via email/phone. Early registration is encouraged as seats are limited.
Yes. We are honored to host a diverse panel of experts from Australia, South Africa, the USA, India, Bangladesh, and Bhutan, providing a global perspective on workplace safety.
The conference is highly recommended for:

ICOEH 2026 will take place in Thimphu, Bhutan. Registered participants will receive a follow-up email with the specific venue location and a detailed agenda.
Yes. All registered participants who attend the full 3-day program will be awarded a Certificate of Participation at the conclusion of the conference.
While we welcome your participation, please note that the Certificate of Participation is only issued to those who attend all three days of the conference to ensure the integrity of the learning hours.
Yes. Participation in ICOEH 2026 contributes toward the professional development points required for Safety Officer certification renewal, in accordance with national regulatory standards.
Yes. Lunch and tea/refreshments will be provided to all registered participants during each day of the conference.
