Robin Nicholas, USA will talk on Why We Work? Robin Nicholas promotes worker health, safety, and wellbeing as the Director of Robin Nicholas Communications. Mr. Nicholas works to celebrate people by honoring their values, community, and culture. His work looks at the human side of safety and well-being, emphasizing the quality of life, dignity, and personal excellence. Working with government agencies, NGOs, and other organizations, he develops comprehensive communication projects of video, animation, print, and the Internet, to serve workers with wide-ranging occupations, ages, cultures, and learning styles. He also conducts workshops to assist leaders and groups in exploring the creative process and new directions in safety communication. Mr. Nicholas combines 30 years of experience in health and safety, environmental science, education, and multimedia to develop communication tools for a variety of organizations, including the American Industrial Hygiene Association, the U.S. Department of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the University of Borås School of Technology and Health in Sweden. Most recently, he has spoken at the Wellbeing at Work Conference in the Netherlands and the International Congress for Occupational Health in South Korea.
